What 1,000 sponsored views cost
Sponsorship prices are based on a video’s average views: views × the market rate per 1,000 views × a niche and format multiplier. Below are benchmarks for a 60–90 second integration in a general niche.
Sources: 1of10, 2026 · Influencer Marketing Hub, 2026 · Hubfluence, 2026 · Creators Agency, 2026 · InfluencerFee: rates by country, 2026 · DIDENOK TEAM: Russian-speaking market, 700 creators · OverseerOS: views per subscriber, 273 channels · AIR Media-Tech: AdSense RPM, 300 channels Data as of October 2026.
Why two creators with the same subscribers charge differently
Views, not subscribers
Brands pay for the people who see the ad. Rates are based on average views over the last 30 days. On channels with 100K–1M subscribers, a video is typically watched by about 11% of them.
Niche and audience
Finance, tech, business and beauty pay more because viewers spend more. US and European audiences are worth more than Russian-speaking, Latin American or Asian ones.
Format
A dedicated video costs about twice as much as an integration, a short mention about 60% of it. Shorts integrations go for about 40% of an integration in English-speaking markets.
Extras
A link in the description and pinned comment, category exclusivity, usage rights for brand ads and rush delivery each add 7–40% to the price.
Sponsorships and AdSense are different money. The median AdSense RPM is about $2.30 per 1,000 views (AIR Media-Tech, 300 channels), while an integration with an English-speaking creator goes for $15–35. Don’t price sponsorships off your AdSense earnings.

How the calculator works, where the numbers come from and how to agree on a sponsorship price.
How accurate is the estimate?
It’s a market benchmark, not a quote. The real price depends on engagement, audience quality, past sponsorships, season and negotiation. Ending up 1.5–2× off the estimate is normal.
Where do the numbers come from?
For English-speaking and other markets – 2025–2026 rate reports from influencer platforms and agencies. For the Russian-speaking market – studies by DIDENOK TEAM (700 YouTube creators) and Win2Win (1,800+ creators). Links are in the “How we calculate” block.
Why calculate from views, not subscribers?
Brands pay for the people who see the ad. The share of subscribers who watch varies a lot: over 100% on small channels, around 5% on million-subscriber ones. If you only enter subscribers, the calculator estimates views from averages and the price range gets wider.
Why are Russian-speaking market prices in rubles?
Creators in that market quote rubles, and the market studies are in rubles too. For all other markets the calculator works in US dollars.
Is it free?
Yes, no sign-up and no limits: the calculator runs right in your browser.
How much does a 100K-subscriber YouTuber charge for a sponsorship?
For a US/UK audience in a general niche, the calculator estimates 12,500–25,000 views per video and $190–$870 per integration. Finance and B2B channels charge roughly 1.7–2× more.
What should a small creator charge?
With 10K subscribers and a US/UK audience, an integration is worth roughly $40–$190. If your videos get under 1,000 views, brands usually pay per result (CPA), with free product, or for a bundle of videos.
Integration vs dedicated video – what’s the difference?
An integration is a 60–90 second segment inside a regular video. A dedicated video is all about the brand and costs about twice as much. A 15–30 second mention is about 60% of an integration.
What is pay-per-result (CPA)?
The creator is paid for viewer actions – sign-ups, installs, purchases – rather than for publishing the video. The Bloggers.tools brand-deal marketplace has both: CPA and a fixed fee per integration.
How much do YouTube ads via Google Ads cost?
That’s a different kind of ad: videos before or during other videos, and you pay YouTube per view or click, not a creator. The Google Ads auction sets the price. This calculator covers creator sponsorships.
