What a sponsored Facebook post costs per 10,000 followers
A Facebook post is priced by page followers: followers × the rate per 10,000 followers × niche and format multipliers. Below are benchmarks for a standard page post in a general niche.
All rates here are estimates. Facebook data is very thin: there’s no public deal data, and most rate tables repeat one rule of thumb – $25 per 1,000 followers (WebFX). For English-speaking audiences we use $5–25 per 1,000 followers, i.e. $50–250 per 10,000. There’s no regional data, so regional ratios come from YouTube pricing; Russian-speaking audiences are priced like Eastern Europe (distributing ads on Facebook has been banned in Russia since September 2025). Niche and format multipliers are CreatiCalc estimates; beauty, food, travel, lifestyle and gaming come from our YouTube calculator.

Why two pages with the same followers charge differently
Page followers
Facebook posts are priced by follower count. Benchmarks range from $5 (CreatiCalc) to $25 (WebFX) per 1,000 followers.
Niche
Finance and business pay about twice the general rate, tech 1.5×, education 1.3×, health and fitness 1.2× (CreatiCalc).
Format
A Reel costs about 1.4× a page post, a group post 1.3×, a Live 0.7× and a Story about 0.3× (CreatiCalc).
Extras
30-day category exclusivity adds about 20%, usage rights for brand ads about 40%, rush delivery about 25%. A bundle of 3+ posts is 15% cheaper in the calculator.
There’s no public deal data for Facebook: the Collabstr marketplace doesn’t cover it, and most rate tables repeat the same rule of thumb. Treat the result as a starting point for negotiation.

How the calculator works, where the numbers come from and how to agree on a sponsored Facebook post price.
How accurate is the estimate?
It’s a very rough benchmark. There’s no public deal data for Facebook, and rate tables mostly repeat one rule of thumb. The real price depends on engagement, audience quality, niche and negotiation. Ending up 2× or more off the estimate is normal.
Where do the numbers come from?
Per-follower rates come from WebFX, Shopify, LeadDyno, Socially Powerful and the CreatiCalc calculator. Niche and format multipliers come from CreatiCalc. Links are in the “How we calculate” block.
Why followers, not views?
Facebook posts are usually priced by page followers, and all public data comes in that form. We found no per-1,000-view creator rate for Facebook.
How are other regions priced?
There’s no regional Facebook pricing data. The calculator applies the regional ratios from YouTube and Instagram pricing to the English-speaking rate.
Is it free?
Yes, no sign-up and no limits: the calculator runs right in your browser.
How much does a sponsored Facebook post cost with 10K followers?
For an English-speaking audience in a general niche, the calculator estimates $50–$250 per post. Shopify and LeadDyno put pages under 10K followers at $25–250 per post.
And with 100K followers?
For an English-speaking audience in a general niche – $500–$2,500 per post. Finance and business pages charge about twice that.
What do Reels, Stories and Lives cost?
CreatiCalc puts a Reel at about 1.4× a page post, a group post at 1.3×, a Live at 0.7× and a Story at about 0.3×.
Why do Facebook rate tables all look alike?
Almost every 2026 table traces back to WebFX’s “$25 per 1,000 followers” rule, and the Collabstr marketplace, which shows real deals, doesn’t cover Facebook. So the calculator uses $5–25 per 1,000 followers: from the CreatiCalc estimate to the WebFX rule.
Creator post vs Facebook ads?
Facebook ads are run through Meta’s own ad platform: you pay the platform, and an auction sets the price. This calculator covers posts bought directly from creators and page owners.
