Who it’s for

Who needs a media kit

YouTubers use a media kit so they never collect stats from scratch again

“I used to spend half an hour pulling screenshots from three apps for every brand request. Now I send one link.”

Influencers show their reach and prices before the first email

“I put every ad format for the Mash channel into the kit, with prices. Brands now come with a budget and a specific format, and there’s much less back-and-forth about ‘how much it costs.’”

Podcasters bring stats from different platforms onto one screen

“My podcast numbers are scattered across Apple, Spotify and other platforms. The kit pulls them into one document I’m happy to send to a brand.”

Experts attract clients, not just advertisers

“My channel isn’t about ads, it’s about my practice. The kit shows who watches me – and people come to me for consultations.”

Agencies keep the kits of all their creators in one dashboard

“We used to build a separate deck for each of our ten creators. Now all the kits live in one dashboard, and clients get links instead of an archive of files.”

What creators say about media kits

★★★★★

One link instead of screenshots

I used to collect screenshots from YouTube Studio and social networks for every brand request and put them into a presentation. Now I send a link to my media kit: reach across all platforms, audience and formats with prices – all in one place. The stats update automatically, so there’s nothing to update by hand.

Ten kits in one dashboard

We have 10 creators, and we used to put together a separate presentation for advertisers for each of them. Now every creator has their own media kit in one dashboard: we send clients links instead of an archive of files. We keep separate versions for different goals – for brands and for agencies.

Great for an English-language channel

Our Grifted channel is in English, and most of our advertisers are from abroad. The media kit shows our audience by country and engagement without extra explanations, and we send the PDF version to those who ask for a file. We can see who opened the kit – so we know who to write to first.

FAQ

Media kit FAQ

Why do I need a media kit?

So you don’t have to repeat your numbers in every conversation. A brand opens one link and sees your reach on every platform, audience demographics, content topics, ad formats with prices and examples of past placements. Decisions get made faster, and negotiations don’t start from scratch.

How much does it cost?

Media kits are included in plans starting with Starter; a media kit with a short link is on Pro. See all plans on the Pricing page.

What’s in a media kit?

Total reach and a breakdown by platform, engagement, demographics (gender, age, countries, cities, devices), growth, content topics, top posts, audience quality, shopping interests, notable followers, awards, ad formats with prices, placement examples with timestamps, advertiser reviews, brand partners, media coverage and a request form.

Where do the stats come from?

Subscribers, views and engagement are pulled from connected platforms – those blocks get a “Verified data” badge and an update date. Instagram and TikTok share demographics only with the account owner, so they’re added manually; these numbers are marked as provided by the creator, and the brand sees the source.

Do I have to connect my channel?

No. You can build a kit manually and add your platforms and numbers yourself. Connecting is only needed for the verified-data badge – it builds trust, but it’s optional.

Can I hide some of it?

Yes. Individual metrics and whole sections can be turned off, platforms hidden and blocks reordered with arrows. If engagement has dipped, you can leave it out – everything else stays in place.

How do I keep the kit private?

Two ways. A password – the kit opens only for people you give it to. Or ask for a work email before showing it: the viewer enters an address, and you get a list of who viewed it, with the date and traffic source.

How do I sell ads through the kit?

List your formats and prices: integration, pre-roll, stories, post. The brand sees them right away and clicks “Buy” – the request arrives in your dashboard with the chosen format and amount. Messages and the deal then continue on Bloggers.tools.

Why add examples and reviews?

Under each format you can show past placements with a link and timestamp – the brand sees how it looked in a real video. Next to it, an advertiser review with results. Other media kit services don’t have this.

What do kit analytics show?

How many times the kit was opened and by how many unique visitors, who copied your contacts, who left a request and which formats got “Buy” clicks. A format with no clicks in a month is a reason to drop it or lower the price; a format with clicks but no requests is priced above the market.

Can I make several kits?

Yes. Duplicate a kit with one click: settings, formats and prices carry over, a new link is created, and the old one keeps working. It’s handy to keep separate versions for brands, platforms and agencies.

What happens to an old kit?

It goes to the archive instead of being deleted: the link stops opening, the data is kept, and you can restore it anytime. Permanent deletion is a separate action with confirmation.

Can I download the kit as a file?

Yes, you can export a PDF – the whole kit or just the price list with formats and prices. Hidden sections aren’t included in the file.
