1. General Conditions

1.1. By providing his personal data, the User gives his consent to Fanzoone OÜ, located at Tornimäe tn 5, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10145, Estonia (hereinafter – the Site), to process, store and use his personal data.

1.3. The site reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to these Rules, provided that the changes do not contradict current law.

6.1. Users have the right:

• Independently make changes and corrections to information about themselves on the User’s personal page on the Site, provided that such changes and corrections contain up-to-date and reliable information;
• Delete information about themselves from their personal page on the Website;
• Request from the Site Administration clarification of their personal data, blocking or destruction of it if such data is incomplete, outdated, unreliable, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing in the event that it is impossible to independently perform actions to change/delete the profile.

7. Measures to Protect User Information

7.1. The Site Administration takes technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the User’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions.

7.2. To authorize access to the Site, the User's login (email address) and password are used. The User is responsible for the safety of this information. The user has no right to transfer his username and password to third parties, and is also obliged to take measures to ensure their safety and confidentiality.

8. Limitation of Rules

8.1. These Rules do not apply to the actions and online resources of third parties.

8.2. The Site Administration is not responsible for the actions of third parties who, as a result of using the Internet or Site Services, have access to information about Users.
