Channel access
Video SEO and thumbnails don’t need access to the YouTube channel – a link to the video is enough. The creator pastes the result into YouTube Studio themselves.

Video SEO
Title, description, tags and timestamps based on the video’s content. It works from YouTube subtitles, so it suits videos with speech, including Shorts and unlisted videos. There is no length limit; a one-hour video takes up to about 5 minutes.
Thumbnail generation
Thumbnails from a YouTube video link: horizontal 16:9 and vertical 9:16 for Shorts. One generation is one image, usually in 3–5 minutes; the file is a JPG. You can set your own text and add photos or references.
Failed generations
A generation that fails through the service’s fault is not charged.
Rights to the result
Titles, descriptions and thumbnails belong to the creator – they can be used anywhere, including in sponsored and commercial videos.
Guarantees
Good packaging helps YouTube understand what a video is about and helps viewers decide whether to watch. It is not advertising and not a guarantee of views.
Other services
Channel audit
A channel review by experienced YouTube analysts – people, not AI. It costs 200 USD and takes up to 10 business days. The result: a PDF report with recommendations, a text report and a consultation with the specialist.
Collaborations
A paid message to another creator: each creator sets their own price per message, and many talk for free. If the creator doesn’t reply within 3 days, the money goes back to the balance.
Media kits
An online creator profile for brands with stats from connected social accounts. The connection is read-only, and the service doesn’t store passwords. Media kits are available from the Starter plan.
Ad marketplace
Brand campaigns that creators choose from. Payment is per action (CPA) or a fixed fee per integration; the terms are stated in each offer.
Channel marketplace
Buying and selling YouTube channels. A channel is first transferred to the company’s Google account and only then to the buyer. The buyer’s money is frozen on their balance and charged after they get full access to the channel.
AdSense payouts
For creators who can’t receive AdSense payouts directly: the channel is connected to the company’s AdSense through the Manager role in YouTube Studio (no brand account access needed). Earnings are credited to the on-site wallet around the 26th–27th of each month and withdrawn in crypto. The fee is 25% of the amount: a 23% service fee and 2% for withdrawal.

Free, Starter, Pro and Talent Manager. Free – 1 video SEO and 1 thumbnail, once, as a trial. Per month: Starter – 7 each, Pro – 14 each, Talent Manager – 30 each. Video SEO and thumbnail generations are counted separately.
Price
Paid plans start at $19 a month, or from $16 a month billed yearly (up to 19% savings). Current prices are on the Pricing page.
Plan differences
Starter adds media kits. Pro adds media kits with a short link and regeneration of video SEO and thumbnails. Talent Manager adds priority support. Each plan includes everything in the previous one.
Terms
Unused generations on paid plans expire at the end of the month. You can change plans at any time and cancel the subscription in your account. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies.
Balance, payment and withdrawal
Top-up
In the Wallet section. In Russia – bank card, SBP and crypto; in other countries – card, crypto, PayPal, Payoneer, Skrill, Neteller and other methods. The list for your country is shown in your account.
Executor services
For collaborations, buying a channel and other services performed by an executor, the money is held until the order is completed. If it can’t be completed, the amount goes back to the balance.
Withdrawal
Through the Wallet. The withdrawal fee (2% to 3%) is set by the payment system.
Affiliate program
Terms
A creator earns 20% of Bloggers.tools’ revenue from payments by the people they invite – for life, for as long as the invited person uses the service. It is 20% of the service’s revenue, not of the payment amount.
Attribution
An invited user counts if they sign up within 30 days of clicking the link.
Withdrawal
The minimum amount is $5. Clicks, sign-ups and earnings are shown in the partner dashboard.

Bloggers.tools is an independent service and is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
Doesn’t publish for you
The service doesn’t upload or change videos on your channel: the creator decides what to use and pastes the result into YouTube Studio.
No guaranteed views
Video SEO, thumbnails and audits help a channel, but don’t promise specific views, subscribers or income.
