What 1,000 sponsored Instagram views cost
Prices are based on average Reel views: views × the market rate per 1,000 views × a niche and format multiplier. Below are benchmarks for a Reel in a general niche.
Rates for English-speaking audiences come from 2026 reports by influencer platforms and agencies. Other regions are estimates based on the InfluencerFee and Hubfluence country indexes. Russian-speaking rates are the last data before Russia banned distributing ads on Instagram on 1 September 2025 (Win2Win 2024, DIDENOK TEAM June 2025) – treat them as historical estimates. Converting followers into Reel views and some niche multipliers are estimates too.

Why two creators with the same followers charge differently
Reel views, not followers
Reels reach people who don’t follow you, so accounts of the same size get very different views. Price off your average Reel views over the last 30 days.
Niche
Finance pays the most: $14–28 per 1,000 views. Beauty and health run about $12–25, lifestyle and entertainment the least at $5–12 (Hubfluence).
Format
A Reel is the base. A single-image feed post is worth about 70% of a Reel, a carousel about 90% and a set of Stories about a third. A link sticker adds 15–25% to Stories.
Usage rights and Partnership Ads
If the brand runs ads through your handle with Partnership Ads, add 25–50% (Later, Hubfluence). A Collab post costs 1.3–1.6× a standard feed post.
Rate cards run above what brands pay. On Collabstr, brands paid an average of $193 per Instagram collaboration against an average ask of $214. Micro-creator rate-card ranges of $250–5,000 compare with medians of $150–450 in deal and rate-card data.

How the calculator works, where the numbers come from and how to agree on an Instagram sponsorship price.
How accurate is the estimate?
It’s a market benchmark, not a quote. The real price depends on engagement, audience quality, past sponsorships, season and negotiation. Ending up 1.5–2× off the estimate is normal. Russian-speaking rates are historical: there’s no fresh data since Russia’s ad ban.
Where do the numbers come from?
For English-speaking and other markets – 2026 reports from Hubfluence, Later, Influee, Elev8or and Aspire, with the InfluencerFee and Hubfluence country indexes for regions. For the Russian-speaking market – the last studies before the ban: Win2Win (2024) and DIDENOK TEAM (659 Instagram creators, June 2025). Links are in the “How we calculate” block.
Why calculate from Reel views, not followers?
Brands pay for the people who see the ad. Reels reach people who don’t follow you, so accounts of the same size get very different views. Your average Reel views over the last 30 days are in your professional dashboard. If you only enter followers, the calculator estimates views from averages and the price range gets wider.
Is it free?
Yes, no sign-up and no limits: the calculator runs right in your browser.
How much does an Instagram creator with 10K followers charge?
For a US/UK audience in a general niche, the calculator estimates 4,200–8,400 Reel views and $40–$170 per sponsored Reel. Self-reported rate cards put the median nano Reel at $122.50 (InfluenceFlow); Aspire’s creator survey puts it at $250, and the micro (10–100K) median Reel is $450 (InfluenceFlow).
What does a Reel with 50K views cost?
For a US/UK audience in a general niche, $500–$1,000; in finance, $750–$1,500. From the same creator, a feed post is about 70% of a Reel and a set of Stories about a third.
Reel vs feed post vs carousel vs Stories – how do prices compare?
The Reel is the base. A single-image feed post is about 70% of a Reel, a carousel about 90% and a set of 3–5 Stories about 35%, or 20% more with a link sticker. A Reel plus Stories bundle is about 1.3× a Reel, a 30–60 minute Live about 1.2×. Ratios come from Hubfluence, Later, Influee, Aspire and InfluencerFee, and sources disagree a lot.
What’s a Collab post and how is it priced?
A Collab post is co-authored and shows up in both the creator’s and the brand’s feed. It costs 1.3–1.6× a standard feed post, and the premium often already includes usage rights (InfluencerFee).
How much extra for Partnership Ads or usage rights?
Partnership Ads (whitelisting) add 30–50% (Later) or 25–50% (Hubfluence); full paid usage with raw files adds 50–100% (Hubfluence). The calculator adds 40% for 30 days. Exclusivity runs +25–50% for 30 days and about double for 90+ days (Influee) – the calculator adds 20% for 30 days; bundles of 3–5 posts are discounted 20–30% (Hubfluence).
Why do other rate guides show higher prices?
Most published ranges are planning estimates or asking prices. On Collabstr, brands paid an average of $193 per Instagram collaboration against an average ask of $214. Micro-creator rate-card ranges of $250–5,000 compare with medians of $150–450 in deal and rate-card data.
